Timeless Hearing Brand Video

Regional Healthcare Brand Refresh

Project Summary

In spring 2024, while working as a Senior Creative Strategist at Advance Media New York, I led the production of a brand introduction video for Timeless Hearing, a newly unified regional hearing healthcare brand serving communities across southern New York.

The video was created to support Timeless Hearing’s brand refresh by introducing its cohesive identity, patient-first approach, and commitment to preventative hearing care. The piece highlighted the warmth of the clinic environments, the expertise of the staff, and the importance of hearing health as part of cognitive, emotional, and social well-being.

My role included concept development, storyboarding, production planning, directing, setting up and capturing production audio, interviewing, and post-production direction. Across a two-day shoot, I coordinated talent and crew logistics, directed interview and b-roll setups, conducted staff interviews, and led the edit to shape the final piece into a polished marketing asset for the refreshed brand.
