Released: February 2019 Description: My piece, “Brahmster’s Inc” was placed on a “The Walking Dead” reunion episode. The episode was run on Us television on the AMC network and featured my song at the 1m 3s mark. The music serves as a sound bed while the boys are eating traditional tea and crumpets.
“Spike (Remix)” is a hyped-up remix of my original, Spike, which was composed for Dan Counsel’s iOS hit Almost Impossible! The remix features the same melodies but alters the timbre of the lead instrument. It features new harmonies, a hip-hop style opening, a jazzy house section, and more.
The song is available for commercial licensing and would suit video games, podcasts, films, advertisements, and other multimedia that could use a techy, modern sound.
“8-Bit Love” is a bouncy, upbeat and energetic soundtrack written in the 8-bit/chiptune style. It features a pulsing, upbeat tempo and a catchy melody.
It would be a great piece to use as title screen or level music for any retro-inspired game with a futuristic and adventurous feel. It was specifically inspired by the music in such classic games as Sonic the Hedgehog and F-Zero, making it ideal for games with a similar high-octane design.
“Glory” is a stirring, loopable orchestral soundtrack, featuring an orchestral string motif undercut by a pulsing electronic beat.
The soundtrack is similar to pieces one might find in games such as the Final Fantasy series, as well as in many adventure/RPG games. One might also find this type of music in many fantasy films, such as the Lord of the Rings series, or in action films like National Treasure.
“Gone Fishin'” is a loopable country soundtrack featuring acoustic guitars, whistling, upright bass, drum set, and various hand percussion. The style is traditional and features a “backyard” style chord progression and acoustic guitar melody.
This soundtrack would work well as an intro or looping underscore for a television show, radio show, podcast, video game, or other project that features a rural/country setting. Similar examples may include Antiques Roadshow, This Old House, and Pawn Stars, among others.
“Sunny Boulevard” is a funky, electronic music loop intended for use in modern mobile games. The soundtrack features an electric organ melody, accompanied by an electric piano, and electric bass, and light percussion.
This track would find a fitting use in a modern mobile racing or platform style video game that features a light, sunny atmosphere.
“Binary” is a loopable video game score composed for use as final stage, or boss, music. The mood is intense and somber, allowing the soundtrack to add tension the scene it may accompany.
There are randomized notes speckled throughout the soundtrack that represent floating embers, or digital binary code, which inspired the track’s name. The instrumentation is solely 8-bit/chiptune and was composed with YMCK’s Magical 8-bit synthesizer.
“Ancient Hills” is a seamlessly loopable, 8-bit/chiptune, adventure soundtrack that resembles music from the Final Fantasy video game series originating on the Nintendo Entertainment System.
The music aims to emulate an orchestra and emits a distinct, worldly style, most resembling music of the Middle East. This soundtrack is heavily layered and heavy in context. It suit a dark, or intense, atmosphere.
“Helix Outro” is an 8-bit/chiptune, uptempo intro/outro with a button ending. The soundtrack reflects the musical style of the original Nintendo Entertainment System was composed with YMCK’s Magical 8-Bit Synthesizer.
This short soundtrack could be used as the intro/outro to a video game related show or podcast, or to denote an achievement in a video game.
