retro video game music

Spike (Remix)

“Spike (Remix)” is a hyped-up remix of my original, Spike, which was composed for Dan Counsel’s iOS hit Almost Impossible! The remix features the same melodies but alters the timbre of the lead instrument. It features new harmonies, a hip-hop style opening, a jazzy house section, and more.

The song is available for commercial licensing and would suit video games, podcasts, films, advertisements, and other multimedia that could use a techy, modern sound.

Clone Lab

“Clone Lab” is a stirring, adventurous 8-bit soundtrack. Consisting of a loopable, rousing magical 8-bit melody, it was written to be used in retro-inspired video games that wish to rouse the player into action.

Its dramatic feel has a lot in common with music from the early Fire Emblem titles, making it perfect for any video game in which you want to create an epic yet understated feel.

8-Bit Love (Loop Set)

“8-Bit Love” is a bouncy, upbeat and energetic soundtrack written in the 8-bit/chiptune style. It features a pulsing, upbeat tempo and a catchy melody.

It would be a great piece to use as title screen or level music for any retro-inspired game with a futuristic and adventurous feel. It was specifically inspired by the music in such classic games as Sonic the Hedgehog and F-Zero, making it ideal for games with a similar high-octane design.

8 Ball

“8-Ball” is a chill, electronic music track featuring retro synthesizers and hip-hop influence. The melody features a square synth that is reminiscent of titles from the original Nintendo Entertainment System. This track would be a fitting accompaniment for a retro video games and related films and advertisements.

N2O

“N2O” is a high adrenaline, loopable dance track, featuring a thumping bass drum and layered synths. A catchy melody and sweeping arpeggios create an exciting texture.

This soundtrack is the perfect accompaniment for films, advertisements, and video games featuring content particularly related to action, racing, and cars. Similar soundtracks may be found in games like Need For Speed and Wipeout XL, as well as films such as The Fast And The Furious.

World Cup

“World Cup” is a Nintendo-esque, chip tune theme. Similar to Super Mario Bros music. The song was initially written for use in a nostalgic 8-bit world cup soccer game and is now available to license for other projects!

If your production requires that old-school, nintendo feel, the soundtrack is vital. This song will certainly provide authenticity and class!
